![]() These characters are tied into another achievement: The following is an example listing (samplying anyone) of what's in the store: FLURRY: $4.99 10 Lives (hearts) 1 Ice Pick 1 Power-Up 1 Snowball (5 additional moves) 1 Hourglass (15 additional seconds) SQUALL: $19.99 20 Lives (hearts) 8 Ice Picks 8 Power-Ups 11 Snowballs (5 additional moves) 3 Hourglasses (15 additional seconds) BLIZZARD: $29.99 30 Lives (hearts) 12 Ice Picks 12 Power-Ups 22 Snowballs (5 additional moves) 7 Hourglasses (15 additional seconds) AVALANCHE: $49.99 75 Lives (hearts) 30 Ice Picks 30 Power-Ups 33 Snowballs (5 additional moves) 9 Hourglasses (15 additional seconds) (according to the in-game tag: "BEST VALUE") You can also purchase power-ups, snowballs, lives, ice picks, hourglasses and the other in-game characters. If you have the cash and are deperate enough to actually pay real money for these items, then the in-game Store is for you. I had seen myself desperate enough to consider paying real cash for these items. You will inevitally encounter that one level that the only way to pass it will be to have an abundance of power-ups, ice picks, hourglasses and snowballs. That being said, there will be moments that the difficulty will be so great that it will take multiple times for you to finally pass a level. This is NOT a child's game (contrare to popular belief). The sole purpose of this game isn't to entertain you but to milk you for your hard earned cash. PURCHASING MORE LIVES, POWER UPS, ETC -WITH REAL MONEY-: Let's be honest here: The game's difficulty is designed and based to support micro-transactions. You can just hit B to back out and then come right back in." (Thanks Mr Rodster) 4. Keep working on getting stars and keep working on the rewards. It's designed to be a money generating machine and nothing more. Keep in mind that this game isn't broken. *As of this update July 12 2017, there have been NO rewards for the last 3 weeks. SOMETIMES THE REWARDS WILL WORK, SOMETIMES IT WILL NOT WORK AT ALL*. It will take multiple tries but it works. If -for example today- you start the game and do not get the rewards: Dashboard out of the game and restart the game over and over again until you get it. GAINING DAILY REWARDS (ADDITIONAL LIVES, MORE POWER-UPS, ETC) -FOR FREE-: Daily rewards are hit and miss. BY DOING THIS YOU WILL BYPASS SAVING YOUR PROGRESS AND THEREFORE SAVING YOUR HARD EARNED POWER-UPS, LIVES, ETC. STOP AND DASHBOARD if you are close to the end of the level or at the end of the level and you want to keep what power-ups, etc that you worked hard to earn. What you are doing is essentially avoiding saving your progress. By doing this you will save all of your spent power-ups, ice picks, etc. SAVING YOUR HARD EARNED POWER-UPS -FOR FREE-: If by the time the level ends and you do NOT win, dashboard out of the game. By doing this at the end of every level that you fail to win (especially if this is your last life and you don't want to wait for 30 more minutes to gain another heart AND/OR you don't want to pay for another -which is a joke). SAVING YOUR LIVES TO CONTINUE PLAYING -FOR FREE-: If you dashboard after failing a level it does not take away a Life -heart- (Thanks Mr Rodster). There are a couple of tips we've accumulated over time in this solution and via TA mail that I'll share here: 1. Before the September 2016 update I was able to dashboard out of the game a few times or play a few rounds of "multiplayer" levels and eventually I'd cheat the time delay and get a new set of five lives. Be prepared for a long grind due to a limit of 5 lives and the time delay in regenerating lives over time (30 mins each) unless you have luck and are consistently wining levels (in which case the lives lost will regenerate while you play). Upon unlocking this achievement you'll have access to the Summer Levels for free. * UPDATE: As of 21 January 2018, the DAILY REWARDS have been reinstated! Take advantage while you can! To unlock this achievement you'll have to beat all 285 levels.
